In an argument with my daughter.
Dinner vs Supper. I was taught by my Grandmother and her brother that Dinner was the noon time meal. Supper is the evening meal. (They were farmers) Is it just my hillbilly roots showing? A local thing?
What say the jury?

Dinner and Supper are the same thing in Hinerland. The other 2 meals are breakfast and lunch. I think Sam has 2 of each...

I see I’ve gone past my ten am stopping point.

But I wanted to get this cleared out today.

Oh so kind neighbor complained to the city my derelict car w/flat tires sunk in the dirt violated the property ordinance.

We got the tires pumped up (45 each. [emoji6]) and the crap raked out from under it. Sprayed Roundup all over.

Now to get another couple yards of rock to cover the parking place.

Hot battery and fresh gas. Been sitting five years.

It’s got the gasoline heater option, plus a horde of NOS gas heater parts.

And a ‘65 Corsa engine (four carb) needs guides. It’s in the garden shed.

110 hp in it now.

You've gotta trailer IIRC:loel:
We could make someone a good deal on a ‘63 Monza w/4 spd & ‘65 engine.

But, I want it to sit there maybe until fall to aggravate the ass hat.
Sounds like you need to fire the Clinton up every night at 9:59PM as a one minute to curfew alarm. [emoji2957]

IIRC there was 1 more engine available, maybe not in 64, but in 65 there was the Spyder Corvair. 180 hp single turbocharged flat 6.

The Corvair Spyder was available since '62, starting with 150hp turbo engine and in '65 it got bumped to 180hp rating. '65 was the first year of the Late Model (LM) where the rear suspension got upgraded to an independent suspension that didn't have the camber gain problems of the EM swing arm style suspension.

They all had air cooled flat 6 engines. Early ones were 145ci and in '64 they went to 164ci by changing the stroke. The different power ratings were mostly due to the heads and carburetor setups. The 140hp being the highest NA option touting four single barrel Rochester carburetors.

I currently have a '64 Monza 95hp with the powerglide trans.

Does anybody have one of these or a source for it? It's off a homelite classic 200 I'm told. The plastic ring wont stay snapped on to hold the bulb on.
