Oak is 65-75 cents here. It will make a better floor than the cheap treated junk will.

I am going on 8-9 years with treated on my trailer that sits outside year round. I used CCA treated on mine; I assume it is still available. The problem with oak for me is, not only finding it, but finding it in 16 ft. lengths. For my light duty trailer, I am pleased with the treated floor. If I was hauling scrap every day, heavy equipment, or dropping crap on a trailer out of a bucket, a stronger floor would definitely be needed.

I doubt it. They will cut special orders though, if you're willing to wait for the right log.
I'm not sure what the bed length is on their mill. It is a computerized wood-mizer.
