Got the latest carcass to run. [emoji106]

It’s a little loud.

Had to use my finger in the carb throat to adjust mixture.

About that loudness IIRC builders open up the exhaust port to diminish the psi force of the exhaust. Woodn't the same amount of pressure over a larger area make less noise?

I think Bellevue is open, I’m not sure it ever closed but Plattsmouth was closed last I new & according to the article it’s still closed as it’s south of Hwy 34. Bellevue exit is the first one north of Hwy 34, Bunge/Sires exit. There is a “Gentlemen’s Club” at that exit also. The Playhouse if I remember correctly. Lol.

Got 4" of rain this afternoon where I had just finished blading roads! Washed fields and roads out again! Quite the weather.

Weighed my 462 & 440/460 tonight for curiosity sakes, both full of fuel & oil. Manuals for both say empty powerhead weight is 13#. I suppose if I cleaned the 440/460 up a bit it may have dropped another tenth or two, must be the 460 P\C adding all that extra weight. Lol.
