Anybody have experience with using mobile home axles and tires on a trailer?
I'm looking at a homemade 18 foot dovetail trailer that's built really well. I've heard/read that they are intended for delivery purposes only. Wondering about legalities and safety. Not to mention accessibility and servicing.

Steer away from em if you can. No parts availability but do have high weight ratings though. All proprietary parts and have to modify things to swap to normal trailer axles later and emphasize the later bc you will at some point.

The corn that survived the epic floods is growing like a weed. Unfortunately, that is about 25% of what was originally planted. Lol..

All the bottom wheat and alfalfa is gone! Guys are trying to get in to plant beans or Milo! Boys tried to burn some flooded wheat today to get some air and sun to the ground! No go!

Most likely, yes..

But the farther south you get, the bigger the elms get.

Most real biggun’s are Siberian elms..but I’ve taken down 40”+ American Elm’s for a couple neighbors.

Many Siberian elms are called Chinese elms.
Or piss elms..

There is a real Chinese elm, but they are small and have bark like a birch tree. They are an ornamental tree.
