I have a Stihl 041 grab bag up for grabs. There *may* be parts to make a complete saw, maybe not. It came in a package deal and I didnt get into it. Free for the cost of the ride.

Just hopping in here and will find some stuff to put up! I’d like to claim one as my 6 year old is learning to work on small engines right now with me and could use a good project. If one is available
Still looking for something for him? I may have something for him.

I’ll follow that up with he is kinda like me in that we work a little bit at a time because then we are off be distracted lol. But he does very well compared to me. We are learning together honestly because I didn’t get to learn this stuff growing up so it’s our bonding kinda among other things.

This is his current project that we hope to have done soon. He may like the wild thing. If not then I may wait for a echo that needs some love because he for some reason likes the echo...I think it’s because of the all orange
I like orange [emoji16] (hint look at my name..the first part).

If he like echo I have a saw I was going to give away. It's an old echo.

If you need parts I may have one of those old homelites laying around. One I have been told is just the plug wire. I have never messed with it though.

Is there a coil? I have an older Stihl that needs one I believe. I can't remember the number on that saw now but was thinking it's an 038.

Do y'all Stihl experts know what saws fit an 041 coil?

I have more projects than time or sense...or as always money.

If y’all don’t mind...I don’t want to sound greedy by any means but I’d like to let me son have the opportunity to “pick” a saw from the giving thread. If y’all wouldn’t mind sending or posting pictures and he can choose. I think I have a couple things I can post on here for giving. I need to go through the shed but work has me flip flopping schedules right now. Would that be ok to do? And he does thank you “cards” which are drawings so that’ll be in return as well :)

I know I have a good used carb for a ms192t. I thought it was the issue and didn’t fee like rebuilding at the time so I bought a new carb and it wasn’t the issue. So it should still be good and I can box it up if anyone needs it. I’ll look for some more but I know that’s on my bench.

Got a lot of stuff to go through, but can't get to a lot of it. Was able to reach these:

STIHL 3/8" low profile 'PICCO' pre-sets and tie straps (10 sets of each):
type P61 0.043 (narrow kerf)
type P63 0.050
