What are the angles you are playing with on your USG?
Would like to try copy a square ground or close on a USG
And if it could be done I would have CBN wheel made just for it

5 on head 30 on slide and tilt over so just miss depth gauge and re shape wheel like one off square grinder that's all. Came out ok. got general shape then finished of with file came up good.
