Grand Paw ,s old Rifle

Back when I was a boy my Grand paw had a old model 67 like this one well it was stolen here is what he replaced It with today Dad passed it along to me

It sat up on the workbench for as long as I could remember.

Not grandpas gun, but my great grandpas gun. This is a Remington 742 30/06



This is Great Grandpas 1100.



This is his 410 and was actually my first gun that was actually "mine"

When I was 7 or 8 I was at my grandparents house and there was a rabbit in the yard. Grandpa grabbed this gun and gave it to me to shoot the rabbit.
That rabbit was the first animal that I killed.

A few months later grandpa gave this one to me.

Love me some 1100's, I"ve had I think 6 of em, I still have two with 6 barrels.
Shot my first 100 straight at trap with one.

the top was my mom's dad an the bottom was my dad's dad. What's the chance the both had doubles. 12 and a 16 gauge
