I just finished the saw this week. Nothing out of the ordinary as far as issues I found building it.

I did end up with extra rubber bits and the only thing missing from the kit was the nut for the roller catcher.

Crank had a thin casting flaw I gound off.IMG_2510.JPGIMG_2512.JPG

Case went together as usual with just some heat. I used all of the supplied parts in the kit but did swap for oem wrist pin bearing, clips and a WJ69.IMG_2513.JPG

My buddy Kevin (Moparmyway) cut the piston for it including the jug. .035" popup on a 3* taper. Squish was cut on a matching taper. IMG_3171.JPG

Numbers after machining were 97/129/89. The only number I measured after were the transfers. I did not like the arc of the ex roof so I reshaped it. If I were to guess its probably at 94-95. I did eypoxy the intake and it should be around 81. Transfers are at 117.IMG_3165.JPGIMG_3176.JPG

I ground out the piston a tad for flow.IMG_3168.JPG
