That's the truth - If you see a free wood sign you better get it quick and get what you want the first time because it won't be there for a second trip

Often that is true.
By God, I've seen hedge, oak, and hickory last as long as 8 months to a year before someone musters up the motivation to nab it up.
My best acquisition was 4 loads of shagbark hickory and $375 to get it gone!!
