Don't know much about these engines i recently bought a truck with the engine still can't find much info about the engine or even what weight of oil it specs. The engine is in a 66 f250 and has a 2 barrel ford 2100 carburetor
single point distributor and reminds me of a 360 fe in a way.

352's were good old motors. A 360 is half 352 and half 390, they all look the same on the outside. Great find! 1966 was a good looking truck as well, real nice lines to it.

A friend had that engine in his '65 F-150 w/a 3 on the column... It ran well and sounded good. I would have liked to have had it...

Next to my bench at the shop, Oregon
Most engines in those years used Straight 30 or 10w-30. Now that the zinc is low, I prefer to run higher viscosity 15W-40. Rotella still has zinc in it. I've been running that in my 305 V6. Will be taking a little trip in the truck soon so I plan on adding a quart of lucas oil stabilizer. Good stuff.

It is an fe block ,they all will say 352 on the driver side front under the head ,only way i have found to tell the difference between 352,360,390 and 428 is by looking at the back of the crank ,they have different notch shapes cut out on the different sizes ,
