The measurements are the OEM that was on my 066, the Cross I put on the 066 (in the vids), and the Cross I just got with Flying Tiger.

Dan, I think the intake is close enough.

I agree Mike. I think I would try it with the exhaust where it is too. I find I like lower exhausts myself. But on a Saw that big it may like it a little higher. Are you entering it in the build off?

Randy will need a 3 day GTG just to run all the 660s in this buildoff class. Lol
With guys doing nothing but tune and run the saws.
Not a bad thing, just mentioning it.

You want #s, I got #s:

Exhaust 105
Upper Transfer 121
Intake 83
Squish w/o base gasket .021

What do you guys think, are these #s good for a saw that I want to have torque? Or should I try to raise the Exhaust a bit??? Can't do anything about the intake, it is what it is.

The Exhaust Roof is very flat, but I could just really bevel it.

Any thought appreciated.
I'd take off another .005 from the base, then take the exhaust to 101 and run it

Been hearing about bores being outta round alot ............ cant hurt to check

Dan, I'm basically in agreement with you, the only fly in the ointment is the exhaust roof is very flat (see pic).

Would you just make sure it has a good bevel?

Pics are tough to judge how flat the roof is. You could give it a little arch, or just make the bevel heavier as it approaches center of the port. Can you measure how wide it is flat?
