I'm building my first saw. Makita 20190112_223314.jpg 6401 to 7900 I got the piston cylinder of the bay from dandrikorp. It's a aftermarket cylinder not oem. I will try to get some pics up.

I took the carb off to send to poleman,so I cleaned up on exhaust port and intake. It was used only three or four tanks of gas since I put it on new.

If I understandd correctly this is a aftermarket top end kit? I'm very interested it's port timing numbers stock. What brand is the kit? How do you feel it's quality compares to oem. From what I can see it looks pretty dang good.
