Nice! I like it. Big bar on it...
I hear ya, they didn’t have any 16” 3/8 bars in stock, so I ended up with 325 20” but have since put a 16” 3/8 on it from my own stuff.
On a hunch I bought 2 more 261 Arctics even though I haven’t run one yet. They look so pretty on my coffee table as a conversation piece and book ends.

I like splitting and tossing into the stack in layers. After it gets scooped up by the skid steer it should be a nice mix. The pile was started with a load of osage. I was afraid to drop it off where someone who doesn't know what they are doing might have loaded up the wood burner with nothing but osage. That is a recipe for a chimney fire and I'd of felt responsible. So it went to a corner of my friend's tree service lot. Where there is an endless supply of logs for me to cherry pick and throw on top.

I've been working over my neighbors blow overs.

Thought for a minute this root ball was going to right itself. It didn't. Moved a good bit in the right direction.

Nabbed up a decent load of Black Locust today. Some dead down & dead standing.
When I mix this with anything wood wise the burn times are greatly increased and the heat is CRAZY!
Last yr my wife mistakenly mixed some Osage orange and black locust...hadn't sweated that hard since my young days when we mixed Wild Turkey & Everclear!!:copas::drooling::cop1:
Not a good night...
BTW...switched to 50:1 TrueFuel on my MS 261C and she fired up on 2 pulls...as opposed to 17!!! Ran perfect!!

So I have to ask: When mixing Wild Turkey and Everclear, which is the liquor, and which is the mixer? :D:borra2:
