I can't imagine. Ive fluctuated between 165-190 since high school. 180 right now. Those 25 pounds are huge in how I feel. Even at 180 I feel a bit sluggish.

Wear that gut with pride guys, it's a right of passage, you've earned it. It shows you've survived adolescence and reached maturity. It automatically tells all the young skinny fellers, get outta my way, old man coming through, show me some respect. 165, pffft, I'll probably eat that today alone.(least ways it'll probably feel that way.)

Amateurs. I was 165 in 6th grade. 5'6" then too. 280 for the past 3 years. Need to get back to 250 or less.

I was 185ish the summer before my senior year. I got on weight gainer and got up to 200 for football season. Then the college freshman 15, which was actually 25. Then marriage, and really good food. 25 years later and I go from 295 - 305. 240 is about fighting weight for me. Someday

I've been no lighter than 235 since 1996 in the 8th grade. I don't think I'd look like I wasn't a crackhead under 220.
