Extremely slow delivery lately from Huztl.

Has anyone experience really long procesing or really long times in parts delivery from huztl lately, would like to hear from you all

Says right on their home page that they are moving into a new warehouse and all orders are delayed. Nothing will ship until something like Feb 11?

If your package hits customs, that part is handled by the federal government. I remember back when we had a government in the states. Seemed like only yesterday...or maybe the other month... Looks like the tea party actually won, then, uh?

I Just got a Joncutter saw in 8 business days but not my regular parts orders. The Joncutter line is a copy of Komatsu Zenoah line of saws that are owned by husqvarna.

With everybody buying those saw kits and parts from Huztl I would expect longer wait times...

Maybe due the govt shutdown it affected customs agents?

Which one did you get? They are kind of irresistable at $100 shipped aren't they? LOL

Probably going to get one myself. Keep us posted on how your's is doing.

If the 5800 runs like the old Red Max 621, it's worth a shot. I looked at some Red Max IPL's and they do seem almost identicle in the case of the 4500 and 3800 Joncutters. The bad news though is that all of those pre-strato Red Max models are no longer supported parts wise here in the US. These saws date back to before Husky purchased the line from Zenoah. We're limited to old parts gathering dust at long time Red Max distributors here in the US.

As far as shipping goes, it's also the Chinese New Year going on over there and that may have something to do with the delays.

I received the saw in 8 business days. It’s a sweet saw the G5800. Has high compression. Light weight made mostly of magnesium

Huztl was not the problem with my order. The good ol' USPS is the problem !!!!!! My order left China the 18th and arrived in Chicago the 22nd. Took 6 days to get to Dallas,left Dallas the 28th. and Dallas is 3 hours from me and package still has not arrived as of this typing!

Wow, it’s been pretty standard for me to get it in 2 weeks. The longest it’s ever taken is 3 weeks

Many Chinese made items can now be purchased right here in the States at a small extra charge...Cuts down on shipping time a bit..
