Euros have more fun again: Echo CS-2511T-NC

Saw this on YouTube. The translation is:

Looks like a Sugi bar stock? Local dealer knows nothing about it. Called Echo to see if I could buy one. No luck.

Weird, I thought the TES C had 1/4 pitch which I thought was .043 anyway.

Edit: Nope, the website says .050 1/4, I would have gone with .043 anyway. I didn't see an NC model listed (Narrow Cut?)

It seems to be a Euro only saw for the moment...

I just don't get why there's like 50 different Echo chainsaw models. They only need 7: 2511t, 355t, 370, 501, 680, 800, 1201

I’ve seem a couple of you tubers like bucking and August, have had it modded by walkers saw shop iirc. Which involved by passing the cat and using a stihl bar with the 1/4 chain and 1.1 mm (o.43] bar.
That YouTube vid posted above did not sound like it had a muff mod done on it.

It comes with the bar/chain/sprocket. AlfA01 is looking into one for me. I have to do some research if I can get replacement chains for it in the US.

Stihl does 1/4” chain for the MS150 and pile saws. Getting extras shouldn’t be a concern. Nate even stocks it as he often converts the CS2511T to 1/4” for people.

You say that like it's a bad thing.

Bad as in unnecessary. I guess the only real problem is just an inconvenience of having to research 5 different options within 5CCs of each other to see which price and features you like.
