but because I'd like to have a box plow also, I'm going to make a liner
for the bucket, Home depot has sheets of PVC in different thickness
that would allow me to extend the sides of the bucket out some(I can only lift 36").

it takes 16" just to clear the bucket for dumping.

I already have a standard 50" plow

redline4, I would be concerned if the ground were to be soft that the narrow hard casters would simply dig in. Especially with any weight in the bucket, but even empty.

it seems I'm going to have to make the back half very soon, seems them small caster make even deep snow
much harder to get through with a full bucket of snow.

At least you got to mess with it.
All we got here is maybe an inch..

As crazy as it sounds, I'm kind of wanting a snow fall I cant move with the truck just for an excuse to play with the skid steer!

If its going to be winter, it may as well BE winter. Not this freezing rain crap.

redline4, it gets even better, mid-week we have 4" more of snow on the way.

I may have been over thinking the snow sticking to the bucket problem, It may
not be a problem, I had no real world issues playing with the 6" of snow we got.

it did come back inside with snow sticking to the bucket, but it moved snow with
no issues(with the bucket or lift).
