Those that that know me know I like my Echo saws but the company management sucks. Saw an ad on EBay last week that was selling a counterfeit Echo saw. Copied the ad and sent it to Echo trying to be nice. Told them to read the entire ad, the claim it was an Echo was in the item description. The clowns at Echo have never replied back.

It's an 'Eco', not 'Echo' and not a copy of an echo saw so not really counterfeit...

Well, a CS-346 rear handle will be joining the herd soon. Went to a pawn shop just to look around and they had a fairly nice/not abused to death example with a new Trilink bar and chain for $89.00. It started on the second pull and accelerates and idles as good as any others I have.

So, I put a little down on it and should be able to bail it out on payday. Interestingly, every other saw there was full price or more. As in, 42cc Poulan Pro for $120.00 and Echo CS-400 for $270.00.

I need one of those. Wish I had gotten the rear handle version of the 355t instead of the top handle. A toy size rear handle saw would be more useful most times.

They show up on Fleabay all the time for less than $150.00 in nice condition. My CS-3000 is the same saw with a top handle and a few less cc's, will be interested to see how the two compare.

Yes indeed. Echo is like Japanese carmakers in the sense that they usually hold back and let others come out with the latest and greatest. They study it, correct any flaws, and then introduce their take on it when they are good and ready to, usually with better results.

When I was there, Lexus was treated as practically a whole different company so I didn't get much exposure to their products.

I have two 530's here orange and a 510 grey missing parts but still runs.

Question one, what handlebars fit these models?
I have two both are bent one is scrap.

Two, anything out of the ordinary to check or replace?
The reason I ask is they are going up for sale.
