Added a small deflector on the flywheel side.

Jesus. I'm never using Red Armor. My entire garage would be red. Looks like that stuff gets everywhere

Got to be the strongest echo ive ever seen. Great revs strong lugging torque. Seems to be tge best of both worlds. Exelent short and long bar saw all in one. Very nice work. Remind me what jug and piston you are using?

ba dass

does it go lean after long cuts?

It does get a bit lean unless I have it extra rich. Comes right back into tune 1-2 second out of the cut. Might have to open some passages inside.

Thank you, it may have a bit more in it. But I'm just gonna give it time as is. Start on the next one...

This is the "MOST INTRIGUING" build I've seen in a long time. The fact of what your engeneering is outstanding!!!
I like the detail you'e put into it and the though behind every step your doing along the way.
The best thing is the way it runs.....VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! It also has a very unique sound that I just really like!!

Couldn' hold this back any longer......
GREAT JOB!!!!

Thank you sir. It has been fun for sure.

Still pretty surprised it runs at all lol.

May need some help tweaking the carb circuits.

that should keep ya otta trouble for awhile. did you order the sleeve?
Yes the ones pre made in the link. 2 of em ought to make 4 sleeves.

I'm thinking about getting a chunk of that g2 and try making a 50mm just to get rid of the ring o death. And would lower the transfers a bit more. Idk tho.

Oh boy here we go lol. Can't wait to see more Joe.
Not sure when any progress will be made, but I got the blocks to get started..

Or get me into trouble.

It's just a chainsaw, don't gotta get me into space. Lol

Thinking bottom fed quad port dolmar 7910 style.

  1. Wtf you going to do make your own jug?

That's the goal.

Wider/longer exhaust port, no spacer needed. Same on the intake side.

Make it a bottom fed quad port. With a cast iron liner.

Still have the fins and angle plug. Just no spacers or plating.

Oh and 52mm bore.

79.8cc :)

Thats the plan anyway.
