should be the lightest 80 cc saw ever made.

2 piece head?
Don't think I will have room to keep the covers intact.

Top fin is gone, second is past the bolt holes.

Guess the sleeve could locate the head....

Had planned on doing a blind cylinder. Just grind a hss cutter and plunge in to form the chamber.

May have to swap the hda carb to get good power from 80cc.

Them blanks are close to 11 lbs each lol. The entire power head should be below that once done.

Should I worry about a "sweep" on the transfer tunnels? Or just a straight up, straight out?

6 transfers, with a boost port, case reed
May be able to feed a couple boost ports from under the ex.

Do like Mike suggested 80% bridged exhaust.

Could take the intake down to the bottom and do a bolt on reed block and a tilly hl

V stack and green weenie.

Seems a bit much for a firewood saw no?

I have a couple spare Pioneer Reed blocks if you decide to go that route Joe.

Kind of like a Poulan pro 405 or 455.
No, 3 transfer ports in a row, on the sides.
the boost port goes where the intake was
Yes in a case reed setup. If anything I was thinking a cylinder reed setup. Doubt I will go that far with it just yet. But I do have a spare block :)
6400 has 6 finger ports
Yes like that, but closed ports.
With some sweep to them.
