Dumb question

Ok I'm trying to login to aboristsite, I've forgotten my password. I can't complete the captcha verification to save my life when I try to reset my password. The verification reads,Please enter the complete word "arboristsite" and delete the E at the end. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It asks for that verification no matter what I try to do, I've tried everything that I could think of. I feel kinda stupid not being able to figure it out.

The admin for this site gave me contact info for the admin on aboristsite.
