I got a kit 660 and my Huztl cylinder has its intake at 88 before it take some off the base.
Its got a tight chamber so just taking .015 off the base to set squish at .020
Intake is filled and will go up to about 78.
I have never ran one with an intake higher than 82 and Im keen to see how it goes

How many saws are you sending to TN? You must have a few that you did going with others.
Not many really. Just this China saw and @dustinwilt is bringing a 346 I built him. All I know of really. I could send my 6400/7910 down with John aka Redfin or Dustin.

I was going to say, I want to see that China 660 run!

You do the port work yourself?

The bridge ports look just like what Al did on my 460/046D cylinder. I'll bring that saw, runs real strong for 77 cc.

Yes, did it all by myself.. [emoji6][emoji6] it's getting entered into class 2 of the build off.

I kept the (tried to atleast) bridges the same angle as the uppers. Make everything flow in the same direction.

Al does beautiful work.

A bridge port is a groove between the upper & lower transfers. Just like finger ports, there is a lot of debate about their necessity and effectiveness, but they seem to work real well in some saws.

The objective is to start the flow of fuel to the back of the cylinder to force the spent gases out.

(See the pic I posted).

I do see that Mike. Looks good. I am just curious as to which may be better, as I really don't know diddly about porting other than I like to run them when they are done. Lol

Fingers I added to my 066. I ran it without fingers for awhile. After I put them in it was a completely different saw. Holds rpm in the cut alot better.
