Need rebuild advice for 70 PSI compression on my 45 mm cylinder in 18" Husqvarna 350 chainsaw. Is there any value in replacing single to double piston rings and what is a closed port cylinder ? Also, what value from $20-$100+ do I need to spend to get a reliable cylinder kit?

Welcome to OPE. You can put a piston and cylinder from a 346 on your 350. They're around $100 from @Spike60 who runs Ashokan Turf and Timber.

There are aftermarket parts too, of course, but the price for the OEM stuff basically makes the aftermarket stuff not worth messing with.

You also need to figure out why it got wrecked in the first place...
