I gutted the muffler this evening. Instead of uncrimping the can I decided to just grind it apart and I will weld it back together. I'm trying to decide weather I should open up the factory outlet a little bit or add a second port on the flywheel side. Very interesting...what's your thinking here?

Instead of the exhaust filling and using just pressure to get out I'm giving it an unrestricted direction to go. Just enough direction that it follows the suggested path. I'm trying to promote some flow, and scavenging.

Plus it looks stock, sleeper
