Have the funds gathered up for one but questioning how much I need one. I have 3 50cc saws, 1 60cc saw and 2 70cc saws, and truthfully I dnt use them enough, I have 1 ported 70cc saw and appointments for a 50cc and 60cc to be ported in march. I was told that the xpgw option will not be there in 2017 and my dealer has given me a good price at $700.00 plus tax with a 20 inch bar and chain
Thoughts?

Buy it and sent it to Alan Wolthuis aka @awol you will not regret it. It will be a seriously strong saw.

Compared to probably everyone on this forum I am new to chainsaws. However I love the Dolmars I have and just ordered another one from @fordf150 that I know I don't "need". Struggled a couple days with the decision but once I did it - it was a relief and I now can't wait for it arrive. So based solely on my recent experience I say YES - end the misery and get it!

All I can say as the recent purchaser of a heated handlebar saw is, get it. I don't know where you live, so maybe you never have need for heated handles, but holy smokes did my firewood cutting experience get better when I got mine.
