Dammit that's funny right there. I actually lol'd at that description. I'm allegedly working in a professional office, and it's difficult to hide real laughter.

my wife helped me brush which was ridiculous, wiping is just slow and I moved a box of baby wipes next to the toilet as well

Suggest to your wife that she needs to stand behind you when brushing your teeth. I have to do it for my 3yr old twice a day and can't do it looking at him but if I stand behind and use the mirror like I normally would it seems to work a lot better.
