I had a cylinder bolt break while running my 394xp today and there aren't any on fleabay. Who has them? PM me if it's against the rules to post for everybody to see. Thanks!
If you use stainless in Mag... use an anti-seeze as it could easily gall. Stainless isn't always the best choice due to the properties but if it works for you use it. I doubt these cylinders are anywherr near snapping the four corner bolts.
The stock screws on the 394 are threaded all the way to the head and that creates a stress riser. The 395's appear to use two different screws for the front and back of the cylinder with the rear screws having a shoulder. I have no idea why the screws are different on the 395 but it was a rear screw that broke on my 394. You can bet all the new screws will have a shoulder and probably a washer as well if I can find one that will fit properly.
