Craftsman (Poulan)2.1A fuel cap vent

the star shaped metal “washer” that holds the vent in my fuel cap is broken. Not sure what its called but i need to know how to find one. Or maybe a workaround hint.
Anyone got any ideas? Other than that the saw is great. Tia

Find another cap with the star and steel it, some Trimmers and other equipment have the same set up,

Made a workaround. A #8 external tooth lock washer works with slight mods. Removed every other tooth and took the remainders down with the cutoff disc on my “dremel”
