i have a 036 down stairs that looks new. its missing some parts. newer could figure out why they took parts off a good saw. filter and cover and muffler 160psi

Al machined the jug for me. I got it back the other day and did some beveling on the base and makin sure it was washed out good. I know some of you guys have watched water flow through the trans, but for those of you who haven't.

I got around to fitting the 038 boot on the jug. The intake neck covers quite a bit of flow. The 38 boot shoots most of the charge to the top right as seen in the pic

I have a buddy that does injection molding. Gonna see him today around 1130.

I've gotta see if his machines would be able to make a custom boot for us, and what type of cost we are looking at.

A factory 036 boot opening with a bigger/port matched outlet couldn't hurt here.

He will have to make/buy a custom mold. Could easily be $10k to buy a mold...

If anyone's interested...

Around $500 to have the prototype carved with a 3D printer and designed on a CAD program.

Around $2000 to have a mold made-in China

Then $.05-.10 a piece to make them.

So $3500 for 5,000-10,000 of them.
