Chain Repair kit

Got packet of links for chain repair . Several different number but you can tell they come from the supplier . One number is 104713 on the kit. Does anybody know the manufacturer ?

Sorry but I wrote the wrong number down . It was 23912 and it might be Oregon also but have not found it . ( Package looks the same .
