Like I said earlier, don`t ruin a new or good piston running in that beat cylinder.

Kind of my thoughts too... yes it would be interesting to run.. but I do not have time to build another bottom end if bits of steel come loose and go bouncing around.

A couple of boxes arrived Monday. I have better bits to build with! Included were an OEM filter, crank, and some OEM 44mm jugs!

Life is super busy though right now at home and work. I may get some time this weekend but I also have a kit 660 to put together too. It may get priority as boxes of parts do not store as well as an assembled saw...they are also harder to sell if someone needs a saw.

What got back on my bench?

After making this video I cleaned up the piston and cylinder (wiped them down) and the wear was in my opinion very acceptable. Not OEM but for the price paid and good oil it would have been a fine firewood saw.

I am hunting for the lost RPMs though....

OEM cylinders are rounder, you still have some don`t cha?
