Can I use an Echo or trimmer head on this Worx trimmer?

I own this battery Worx trimmer, and it works reasonably well for my minimal usage

But the head sucks. It won't feed more line without letting it stop and restart, and the line often gets short, breaks, and then gets sucked inside. You have to take the cover off and re-feed the line. Huge pain in the ass.

I've heard people say they put echo heads on their stihl trimmers. Are all these things interchangable? Google isn't helping me.

I really do like the trimmer - just not the head.

I'm running a Stihl power head with a MTD shaft set up for the difference attachments. I was going to use an Echo GT2200 power head but the house that held the shaft was like 3/4 o.d. while the Stihl and MTD was 1" ish iirc. I did have to trim the MTD half shaft housing to allow full mess of the drive shaft to make it work.
