I have a saw that started life as an Stihl 044. I just bought it a couple years ago as a Franken saw, it obviously had a hard life judging by all the battle scars. The case is an 044 12 mm pin. The gas tank is from a donor MS460 I think. The filter cover and other air box compartment parts I believe to be MS460. I am not sure of the carb it has always run rough and I have not been able to tune it to my satisfaction. I would like to put in a carb kit but I am not sure what carb I have.

I could only upload 5 images. #5 just didn't make the cut.

Well I am probably wrong but it looks like a hybridized Walbro HD-17 with Zama covers. Just curious now which it is actually is.
