It's an easy fix. The hardest part will be finding a suitable replacement. Other carbs have barbs that will work.
The stub of the broken one will pull out with vise grips. If you're robbing one from another carb then it'll need removed the same way. Use jb weld or red loctite to anchor one back in. Sometimes they are tight enough just being pressed in place and will not need adhesive.
You might be able to order a suitable barb from the walbro catalog. I'm not sure you'll get anywhere looking for tillotson parts because those barbs are the only thing on the entire carb they don't have a number for on the replacement parts list.
I always replace those half plastic half metal ones with an all steel elbow from another model, Tony. Like others mentioned, the piece left in the carb will pull out and almost all carbs either Tillotson or Walbro have the same diameter stem on the inlet fitting.
