Opened lowers considerably to match riser...
Opened exhaust exit to match muffler...
Widened and squared intake and exhaust some not a lot of material to play with in these...

Lets see the jug... I build one of these for my day. Run dam good, way better tgen it ever did. Saw was never right from day 1.

I removed quite a bit from the jug so I left the dividers to take up some volume.

Sorry about the screenshot pictures....
My phone went for a swim in a flooded culvert trying to help a neighbor save their driveway... I had more to do this build thread but they were not all backed up. These few were but will not pull up from the thread to attach so I had to screenshot them...

Yeah those were not great performers out of the box, flat top meteor and muff mod makes them much better.

Run it there see what happens.
I built one for my brother a while back, cut the base to tighten up the squish some and modded the muffler but no port work ran very well there but there was still a lot on the table. He really just needed a decent running homeowner saw....
that's what i built for him.

I built this one with myself in mind, will probably make some more changes before I'm done.

that's what i built for him.
I think you're numbers look good. I bet it'll be a strong running saw.
