I'm an avid bowhuter but for the last couple years my shoulder has be giving me problems, so I bought a crossbow I been using for two yrs.
I like tree stand hunting over still hunting I've taken three this yr 2 doe and got a 11 pt tonight

Since I'm done hunting here I let my buddy use my stand. I drove by to see if he was there since it wasn't locked and seen this less then 100yds from where I got mine the nite before ?? Better buck chasing a doe??

My FIL used to butcher for a while he weighed the meat from this buck at 123 1/2 including liver and heart roughly 245#s live weight. I love bow hunting.

had to wait till our last day of archery season yesterday for this guy to walk into my arrow. this is my first buck with my crossbow that i had to start using after a shoulder injury 2 years ago.

had to wait till our last day of archery season yesterday for this guy to walk into my arrow. this is my first buck with my crossbow that i had to start using after a shoulder injury 2 years ago.

thanks. saw what you said about the ticks. i had 4-5 deer ticks crawling up my pant legs yesterday after i got in the stand. it was only 30* in the morning.
