I run a travel agency. It is a small business with very few employees. I am thinking of doing some small scale promotions for my business. But I do not have much funds for it. I am looking for some methods which are effective and at the same time low on the budget as well.

They are discussing bill boards as a right option for small business. It is said that traditional billboards can be an effective marketing medium for those who are looking for a cost effective option.
Mobile billboard vehicles, backpack billboards, and human billboard advertising are some of the methods.
I would like to know if anyone has tried such methods for your small business? And was it effective? Or any other options?
