It does matter right now, because I am calling BS on this!
Regardless of bar and chain used.

Keep in mind we ran them in 20” or so oak... The 7900 was about 1/2 sec quicker than ported 460. The ported 562 was about even with 7900. The ported 660 was about 1 sec faster than the 562. The carlton chain wasn’t the greatest on the 7900 , even had Mike touch it up. I have tested the 7900 and 562 with the same b/c before and the 7900 is ahead. It really proves nothing not running the same b/c on all of them. Just for fun. I don’t mind loosing, I learn more from it than winning. Lol
I came away with more questions than answers for sure. Not sure what kind of chain Jeff was using either. 562 20” round lgx I hand filed and dialed in. 7900 24” carlton that was hit with a double bevel... not dialed in yet. Both 7 pin rim.
I need to put a 162se handlebar on my saws to gain that extra bit to beat Jeff’s saws and keep lifting them pink weights...
Do you remember your time Mason?

I’m gonna put the 6th case screw back into my 562 so I have an excuse for loosingRelax Jeff, it is just about saws. There will be future events.
We can let someone impartial, maybe Dan (if he is willing), install the same chain and do the cuts.
Hope you don't mind I mention you Dan, but I've seen you do tests in the past and I trust your judgement.
Let's not have any strokes or heart attacks over this stuff!

You making fun of my huskies ? They reduce weight lower than the paper specs when the screw comes out...Mason, we were talking about the 7900 and 460, I'm starting to think your screws are coming loose!
It's in Iowa....
79 hybrid?Wrong saw clit
When did I say something bad about your saw? I liked your hybridChill … it's OK … I said how nice your 562 ran. Rare is the time I see you say something positive about someone else's saw.
