I bought a couple 20" .325 small mounts, I like them, defiantly lighter than others, time will tell how they hold up but for the price you can buy 3 of them versus other light weights

I know the retail of the 24 is $60. But can be had for $50
But I don't think they make a 28" yet

The longest versua cut is 24", the RW power machs are more expensive than Sugi or Total but are considerably lighter. My 28 Oregon is lighter than my 24" Sugi.

The one pictured here appears to be 3/8"...

Oregon sent a few 24" VersaCut's (D009) to play with at the GTG along with some 72LGX to go with it.

Also have 20" .325 with SpeedCut chains (K095) and 18" D025 mount with matching chains. All for people to try out.

I ordered the 3 i have from frawley's and the 18" on my 261 is holdin up well and its seen quite a bit of use in the last 8 weeks or so.

I can't say ive seen a laminate bar over 24/25" but that that doesn't mean much...do you guys think they will make these in 28"

I need 28" bars in my life...big husky mount for the Dolly, I'd really love a RW oregon. My sugi makes it a little nose heavy

I really like my RW 28" on my 2171

No since they offer the RW power Mach for the light weight bar option. That's what's nice about Sugi they have options in every size

If they do make them, I sure hope they have better luck than Husqvarna had with the TechLite bars.....tips blowing out, bars falling apart.....

Yeah, that was unfortunate. Needed further testing, most likely.

That covers the majority of saws I'll likely be bringing along, looking forward to giving them a spin.
Bout time someone came up with a decent lightweight for reasonable $'s...
