I see you make popup pistons, I would really like to have one for my 254. Do you have one for sale?

Haven't made that move into selling stuff or selling modification services. Maybe next summer when I'm (finally) retired from driving a snow plow/ dump truck. Planning to significantly upgrade machining capabilities for the channel over the next year, many might find a CNC Lathe & CAD/CAM interesting and fun. SO AFTER that's in place probably will do some stuff. You can get 90 percent there w/o a popup. :) Just get to .018/.020 and your going to be pleased. I really don't think a random popup concept is a good one. I measure first to see what I need as every saw is an individual. But thanks for asking! What I will do at some point is "fit" one to a cylinder assuming the crank & cases are close enough a few thousandths aren't going to go to the wrong end of the tolerance stack..:)
