A dolmar 9010 named Darla......(big bore)

So a few months ago steve at the cutting edge sent me a almost new dolmar 9010 for me too play with...he said i could do whatever i wanted with her. I was gonna just give a port job and send it too work.but when i pulled her top off and discovered she had a 42mm stroke it made me think....i know somebody did a big bore before so i figured ill try it with a 60mm topend.it almost made me cry cutting up a new 9010 but steve said he had stuff to replace it.
This saw fought me the whole way. Darla has been a *b-word from day 1....but anyway its running decent but ive still have more work on her to get her right

I have had to weld the cases twice...had the cyl blow off three times...and alot of carb issues...i was ready to scrap it but i kept trying and finally its starting to come together...still have some more tinkering and i think it should run decent

No i did run it a few times with just a open ex port just to see if i was heading in the right direction...it was pretty obnoxious
