Completely new 27cc top handle. Non AT. Weighs 6 pounds. (5.95 for the fussy guys).

I’m loving this thing.
It’s tiny, but doesn’t feel plastic’y. Picked it up with the carving bar from @AlfA01 to give this bar a try. Already had a spare 12” standard bar if this didn’t workout.

What kind of camera are you using? The photos you take make the saws seem like miniaturized versions of themselves in a diorama.

Just an iPhone, with F stop at 1.4 (Portrait Mode), I believe iPhones also run an added algorithm to enhance bookah (bubble round background blur)

Sometimes giving things a little tilt-shift affect. I like it, creates more field of depth (3D) / isolates the subject.

It looks like work on "Brand identity" is being brought forward. Along with the 572/565 and the new 545/55o colour and design,
here is the new 130/135 mkII and you see what I mean .

How long until the 572xp's silver finish changes over to the new dark bronze color?
I understand that the "silver grey/bronze/brown " is for the non full pro "marketed" saw range... 565 , 545... dont know about the 555. The 550, 560 ,562 and 572 are in silver .

Yes, we are getting the 130's too. Homeowner saw with lower price point. I think is a replacement to the dreaded 240's that I refuse to sell.

We had a 572 at the shop the other day. Some things I noticed and liked were the design of the air filter, retained bar nuts and a nice spike and chain catcher. I was told the silver finish is more durable this time around. I think the 565 will be coated in a darker grey. We slapped on a 20 inch bar and chain and took it outside for its first test run. For a saw that's never been ran before and in below freezing temperatures the saw started easily. I buried the bar in a piece of hardwood and halfway in the log I really leaned on it and it just kept pulling hard. It put a smile on my face running it. :)

They added a decent amount of extra slotted holes in the recoil housing on this series. I like how fast and easy top cover removal/install is on these. Has anyone heard about these coming in a shade of red?
