I had saw running fairly decent then when it quit I can't even get a pop out of it.Replaced coil gapped at 10,000 new plug and cleaned carburator.150 # of compression without pulling trigger and 110 with pulling.Starting fluid doesn't help either. When I push in compression valve it pops out .That's not suppose to happen until it starts.coil is 573-9357-01.What am I missing?Even if carb is dirty it shoot pop with starting fluid.

Is it flooded or is the plug dry?

Starting fluid isn't good for a 2 cycle engine.

Probably in need of a tune-up but you should verify that the cylinder is in good shape before going any further.

Check comp with a gauge no matter how good it feels like the comp is
It could be low.

Are you sure the coil is correct? There is a 450 and a 450 II, two different coils.

Had a 450 brought here that had a bad flywheel. Don't think that is a particular problem of that model as far as I know.
Anyway, check for a good hot spark, should jump a 5 mm air gap no problem. If not dig into why. Eliminate the switch and wires to see if it changes. Make certain that the air gap on the coil is still good. Check for magnetism presence and cracked magnet.

Fast an easy way
Pour a little mix in the carb
Hold it wide open
And start cranking on it.
If it pops/runs it's a fuel system or carb issue.
