Had a rough day in the woods today. I was sawing a beech and saw sounded funny and died. I set it aside and sawed some smaller stuff with my 262. After i got home this is what i found. Needle bearings everywhere. I expected to see the cylinder destroyed but amazingly only the squish band was damaged. Hopfully crank bearings are unharmed and i got lucky. Cant make it without my 385. Even my ported 046 dont scratch that itch.

What does the inner surface of the small end of the rod look like?
I will have to ck and see. Not sure yet.

Have to cut squish a little to clean that up. A bad thing to happen to them. Oem or aftermarket?
Old oem as best i can remember but couldnt swear to it. I know it will all be oem going back in.
