Alright so I took all of the basic parts off like the carb, flywheel and such. When I got to just the cases, which have already been split by my father once before, everything fell out all nice and easy...
This part was kinda tricky to do because I had to concentrate the heat equally among the crank case. But, nothing went wrong and I'm a hampy camper.

This part was NOT my favorite... I had my dad, XP_Slinger, do the crank seals for me. He had to fiddle with the stupid seal for almost an hour or more just to keep it from folding inward!!
Here is my new piston... It's a Hyway pop-up... This baby will have some compression!!

You should steal all the screws from dad's new 461. Just to have T27's
Carb floor installed.
Carb installed. I wasn't sure if it needed a carb kit though... What the heck! Let's see if she'll run later!
Installed the flywheel. Tightened it down real good so it doesn't come loose when I'm running it
Installed the coil. I made sure it was timed right by using a .10" business card. To do this you spin the fly wheel so that it's on the magnetic side but before that you should loosen up the coil a little bit and insert the card in between the coil and the flywheel. You let the magnet attract to the coil and tighten down the coil bolts and voila! Your saw is timed at factory spec!!

Replaced the old decompressor with a plug... This things gonna be hard to start.
Installing the handle. This is a brand spanking new handle that my dad bought before I got this project saw for Christmas from my uncle, @RideRed350R. I really thank my uncle for getting me this saw for Christmas.
