After mods and four tanks it gained nearly 20 the rings have not seated yet i lightly honed the cylinder when it was apart.20170204_161515.jpg

It gained immensely from stock i'm keeping it lol the torque is impressive it didn't gain much topend which doesn't bother me anyway i likes the torque.20170204_161150.jpg

Base gasket delete and i put motoseal on all the carb mounting surfaces and on top of the intake block.20170204_161526.jpg

Have you touched that chain with a file yet or is it still doing good? Oh and good job on the mods.

Haven't touched the chain would love to get the same quality hell right there's 15.00 for a descent chain buy one man.:)

Was that just a bafile in the muffler?

Still the same "pipe" front outlets?

Good thing those clutches are like 7.00 because the motor overpowers the clutch if you push to hard i let the chain do the work.

Anyone know what the stroke numbers are on these?, also if the pin diameter is the same on all of them, been wonder'n if the 52cc or the 58cc top ends would bolt on to the 45cc jobs.

I dropped the ball on that one i was trying to shoot a vid before dark and didn't measure it or squish one of these guys must have one i would think.

I'm trying to find a 62cc topend near as i can tell it will fit.
I had to put motoseal around the intake mine was pulling in fines.

I read something that the 58cc had a longer stroke.

45mm bore x 36mm stroke is real close to 58cc. Would imagine the 52cc shares the same jug as the 58cc just a different stroke/rod length.

Bet the piston is even the same. Cheaper to make a different rod than a piston.

No proof to any of this tho.

I'm going to try to measure my bluemax today, I couldn't find any listings for 45cc top ends, and the 52cc ones that are listed don't say if they'll bolt on to the 45cc jobs...
