I've screwed myself out of some good deals over questioning the price and coming back later. That gives sellers more time to find all the CAD fanatics on the forums which helps them figure out they were originally asking too low a price. Lol

Well, I bought a 257 for $250 delivered, so I guess I'm really jealous. On the other hand, my 257 runs flawlessly, pulls a 20" bar without breathing hard, and always starts. I have no complaints. I have no idea why I also bought a 25" bar for it. No reason for me to push it.
BTW, rough cosmetic condition can sometimes be cleaned up with a toothbrush dipped in a jar of mixed fuel.
