.338 in Encore handgun

Have any of you ever shot an Encore handgun chambered in .338 Win Mag?
I have a friend who has to have the biggest and baddest of everything. We both have Encore's in .223 and I have a .308 Win barrel for mine. Originally, he was going to get a 30-06 barrel, until he found a used 14" barrel in .338 Win Mag. He's thinking real hard about it. I offered to give him a box of ammo, if he buys the barrel, just so I can watch and record him shooting it.
If he buys it, I'll post a video. I'm pretty sure it'll be entertaining.
Here's a photo of my Encore with the .308 barrel. It's a lot of fun to shoot.
Shown for comparison are .308 and a .338 cartridges.

My dad has 30-06 barrel for his. He hand loads some really low grain bullets and it's not bad but full houses loads are a handful

That’s a lot of energy to absorb!
That said, I thought my .270 WSM pistol was going to be worse than it is, but it’s a big step down from 338 Win. Mag.

How is the 45-70 in the BFR?

I see you put a different grip on that 45-70. Lol.
Guessing that helps distribute the recoil a little.

The video is sure to be similar to the .577 T-Rex rifle video on YouTube! I have shot an Encore with a .308 barrel. It was a handful. I think it could be manageable with handloads and a muzzle brake.

I would agree with you 100%. Friend of my fil has one and we shot quite a few rounds through it several weeks ago. I was quite surprised.
