Otay fellers. Im bored, I want novelty.

Whats involved( if possible) to get a jug turned, replated, and throw a tree94 piston on that crank.

We know da 6203's can take it.
Smaller case space would act like stuffers I assume.

Anybody try this, yet.?

4.5mm taller on the 394/5 piston. Spacer under the jug and cut squish about .040”. A head would be the better choice since you’d be having way too much compression with cutting squish .080” to get 2 mm and then you got .5mm for squish. That leaves another 2mm to do something with.

Just a question... has anyone made their own crank stuffers? Depending on how far you want to fall down the rabbit hole, you might want to just see about putting crank stuffers in a 288...

Yes, but I mean maybe he could use a 395 jug on the 288. Rather than trying to fit a 395 piston in the 288 jug
Duh...I mistook what you were saying...lol.

I mocked it up on my 288 once, would take a lot of filling on the case and cylinder to get the mount holes drilled. Not enough room to just elongate the holes on the flywheel side. I’ll double check that if I can find a 394/95 gasket laying around my barn.

I’ve thought about this too, don’t know of any hooskies with 6203’s that used stuffers, that would be ideal for a try at it. I wouldn’t begin to know how to make them and not have the crank all out of balance.
