After degreasing and straight muratic acid with 3000lbs water pressure stains won't come out.

Still too much oil for epoxy to work.
Any suggestions?

Some of the commercial cleaning guys have steam cleaners, scrubbers, and better chemicals than you have, and may have specific experience with fire restoration. They may even guarantee the resurfacing.

Pressure washer or steam cleaner? A hot water pressure washer with degreaser will remove it if it's oil

I put 3 120watt LED high bay lights and 2 ceiling fans. Havnt figured out all outlets yet.
Those lights are bright, wow ! [emoji4]
